料金・支払 / Pricing & Payment
販売価格 Price 各サービスページ、またはお問い合わせ後にスタッフよりご案内します。
予約の種別に応じて、以下のいずれかが発生します：
  • 予約保証デポジット（一部または全額）
  • サービス料の前払い
  • コンシェルジュ手数料
表示価格には消費税が含まれる場合があります。 Pricing is communicated on the relevant service page or by staff after inquiry. Charges may be a booking deposit, service prepayment, or concierge fee. Consumption tax may be included where applicable. 价格在相关服务页面或咨询后由工作人员告知。费用可能为预订定金、服务预付款或礼宾费。适用情况下可能已含消费税。
商品代金以外の必要料金 Additional Fees サービス料以外に、以下が別途発生する場合があります：
  • 現地での入場料・施設利用料（事前にご案内）
  • 現地交通費（対象サービスの場合のみ）
追加料金が発生する場合は、事前にご確認いただきます。 No hidden fees. If additional charges (such as admission fees or local transport) apply, they will be communicated before payment is requested. 无隐藏费用。如有额外费用（如入场费或当地交通费），将在请求付款前告知。

Credit and debit card payments only, processed via Stripe. No cash, bank transfer, or convenience store payment at this time. 仅支持信用卡及借记卡付款，通过 Stripe 处理。目前不支持现金、银行转账或便利店付款。
支払時期 Payment Timing 担当スタッフが予約内容・空き状況を確認後、Stripe の決済リンクを個別にお送りします。
リンクの有効期限内（通常48〜72時間）にお支払いをお願いします。 A Stripe payment link is sent individually by staff after booking details and availability are confirmed. Payment is due within the link's validity period (typically 48–72 hours). 工作人员在确认预订详情及供应情况后，将单独发送 Stripe 付款链接。请在链接有效期内完成付款（通常为 48–72 小时）。
サービス提供・確認 / Service Delivery
サービス提供時期 Service Delivery Timing お支払い確認後、担当スタッフより予約確定の連絡をメールにてお送りします。
実際のサービス提供は、確認メールに記載された日時・場所に準じます。

※お支払い完了をもって予約が自動確定するわけではありません。スタッフが現地パートナーと空き状況を確認した後に、正式な確定通知をお送りします。

After payment is confirmed, staff will send a booking confirmation by email. The service is delivered on the date, time, and location specified in that confirmation.
Note: Payment completion does not automatically guarantee reservation. Confirmation is subject to partner availability. 付款确认后，工作人员将通过电子邮件发送预订确认。服务将按确认信息中指定的日期、时间和地点提供。
注意：付款完成并不自动保证预订。确认须视合作伙伴的供应情况而定。
キャンセル・返金 / Cancellation & Refunds
キャンセル・返金ポリシー Cancellation and Refund Policy
  • 予約確定前のキャンセル：原則として全額返金いたします。
  • 予約確定後のキャンセル：各サービス提供パートナーのキャンセルポリシーに準じます。詳細はご予約確認メールに記載されます。
  • デポジット：確定後のキャンセルの場合、デポジットの一部または全額が返金されないことがあります。
  • サービス提供側の事情によるキャンセル：弊社または現地パートナー側の都合でサービスを提供できない場合は、全額返金または日程変更をご案内します。
  • ノーショー・直前キャンセル：無断不在や当日キャンセルの場合、返金されないことがあります。
詳細は 返金ポリシーページ をご確認ください。 Pre-confirmation: full refund. Post-confirmation: subject to partner policy (detailed in confirmation email). Deposits may be non-refundable after confirmation. Provider-side cancellations: full refund or rescheduling offered. No-shows / last-minute cancellations may not be refunded. See Refund Policy for full details. 确认前：全额退款。确认后：依据合作伙伴政策处理（详见确认邮件）。确认后定金可能不予退还。提供商取消：提供全额退款或改期。未出现/临时取消可能不予退款。详情请查阅退款政策。
返品・交換について Returns and Exchanges 本サービスは予約代行・コンシェルジュサービスであり、物品の販売ではありません。
サービスの性質上、返品・交換の制度は適用されません。
サービスに問題があった場合は、お問い合わせ窓口までご連絡ください。 As this is a service (booking assistance / concierge), not a physical product, returns and exchanges do not apply. If you experience an issue with the service, please contact us directly. 由于本服务为预订协助/礼宾服务，而非实物商品，退货及换货制度不适用。如您在服务中遇到问题，请直接联系我们。
