This policy applies to all personal data collected through our website (reserveinjp.com), our booking and concierge services, and our communications via email, WhatsApp, and other channels.
ReserveInJP is operated by the same business entity previously associated with the FunPizza brand. Data collected previously under the FunPizza name is subject to the same commitments described in this policy.
By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in this Privacy Policy.

- Fraud prevention: Detect and prevent fraudulent transactions or misuse of our services

- Communications: Send service-related notifications and, where you have consented, updates about our services

Local Service Partners
We share relevant booking details (name, contact information, date, special requests) with Local Partners who will deliver your experience. Only the minimum information necessary is shared.
Payment Processors
Payments are processed by Stripe and other authorized payment service providers under their own privacy and security standards. We receive payment confirmation but do not store your full card details.
Technology Service Providers
We may share information with third-party providers who assist with web hosting, email and messaging services, CRM tools, and website analytics. These providers handle data on our behalf and are bound by appropriate data protection requirements.
Legal Authorities
We may disclose personal data to law enforcement agencies, courts, or regulatory authorities where required by applicable law or court order.

ReserveInJP operates from Japan, and our customers may be located in many different countries. Your personal information may be transferred to, stored in, or processed in Japan or other jurisdictions where our service providers operate.

6. Payment Information
All payment transactions are processed by Stripe or other authorized payment service providers. When you submit payment through our platform, your card details are entered directly into the secure payment environment of our payment processor.
Where Stripe is used as our payment processor, its privacy practices are governed by Stripe's own Privacy Policy at stripe.com/privacy. Other payment providers we may use will have their own applicable privacy policies.
Note: Our Stripe account may be registered under the FunPizza brand name — a historical trading name for the same business entity. FunPizza may appear on your card statement for transactions made through ReserveInJP.

When personal data is no longer needed, it is securely deleted or anonymized.
