1. Introduction
Welcome to ReserveInJP. By accessing our website at reserveinjp.com or using any of our booking and concierge services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before submitting a booking request or making any payment.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of ReserveInJP.
1. はじめに
ReserveInJPへようこそ。reserveinjp.comへのアクセスまたは弊社の予約・コンシェルジュサービスのご利用をもって、お客様は本利用規約（以下「本規約」）に同意したものとみなします。予約申込みやお支払いを行う前に、必ず本規約をお読みください。
本規約に同意されない場合は、弊社サービスのご利用をお控えください。本規約はReserveInJPのすべての訪問者・ユーザー・お客様に適用されます。

欢迎使用 ReserveInJP。访问本网站 reserveinjp.com 或使用我们的预订及礼宾服务，即表示您同意受本服务条款（以下简称"本条款"）的约束。在提交预订申请或进行任何付款前，请仔细阅读本条款。
如您不同意本条款，请勿使用我们的服务。本条款适用于 ReserveInJP 的所有访客、用户和客户。
2. About ReserveInJP
ReserveInJP is a Japan-based booking and concierge service that helps international travelers arrange authentic Japan experiences, including spa and wellness reservations, restaurant bookings, cultural activities, and private transfers.
ReserveInJP is operated by the same business entity previously associated with the FunPizza brand. References to "ReserveInJP," "we," "us," or "our" in these Terms refer to this business entity and include services that may have been provided under the FunPizza name in the past.
Our Stripe payment account may still be registered under the FunPizza brand name; as a result, FunPizza may appear as the merchant name on your card statement when completing a payment through our platform.
2. ReserveInJPについて
ReserveInJPは、日本を拠点とする予約・コンシェルジュサービスです。スパ・ウェルネス・レストラン・文化体験・プライベート送迎など、訪日外国人旅行者の方々が日本での本場ならではの体験を楽しめるよう、各種予約手配をサポートします。
ReserveInJPは、旧ブランド名「FunPizza」として運営されていた事業体と同一の事業者が運営しています。本規約における「ReserveInJP」「弊社」「当社」等の表現はこの事業体を指し、過去にFunPizzaの名称で提供されたサービスも含みます。
弊社のStripe決済アカウントがFunPizzaのブランド名で登録されている場合があるため、弊社プラットフォームを通じたお支払いの際、カード明細に「FunPizza」と表示されることがあります。
2. 关于 ReserveInJP
ReserveInJP 是一家位于日本的预订及礼宾服务机构，协助国际旅客预约正宗的日本体验，包括温泉水疗、餐厅预订、文化活动及专车接送等。
ReserveInJP 由此前以 FunPizza 品牌运营的同一商业实体运营。本条款中"ReserveInJP"、"我们"或"我方"均指该商业实体，包括过去以 FunPizza 名义提供的服务。
我方的 Stripe 付款账户可能仍以 FunPizza 品牌名称注册，因此通过本平台完成付款时，您的账单上可能显示 FunPizza 为商家名称。
3. Scope of Services
ReserveInJP offers booking coordination and concierge support services, including but not limited to:
- Accepting and processing booking requests for spas, restaurants, cultural venues, and transport providers
- Communicating with local service providers on your behalf
- Collecting deposits, prepayments, and service fees via authorized payment service providers
- Sending reservation confirmation details
- Providing customer support related to your booking
- Assisting with rescheduling, cancellations, or alternative arrangements where possible
ReserveInJP acts as a booking intermediary and coordination platform. We do not directly operate spas, restaurants, transportation services, cultural venues, or other facilities. The scope of services available may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.
3. サービスの範囲
ReserveInJPが提供する予約調整・コンシェルジュサービスには、以下が含まれます（これらに限りません）：
- スパ・レストラン・文化施設・交通機関等への予約申込みの受付・調整
- お客様に代わって現地サービス提供者との連絡・調整
- 認定決済サービス事業者経由でのデポジット・前払い金・サービス手数料の収受
- 予約確定情報の通知
- ご予約に関するカスタマーサポートの提供
- 可能な範囲での日程変更・キャンセル・代替手配のサポート
ReserveInJPは予約仲介・コーディネーションプラットフォームとして機能します。弊社はスパ・レストラン・交通機関・文化施設等を直接運営するものではありません。提供サービスの範囲は変更される場合があります。
3. 服务范围
ReserveInJP 提供的预订协调及礼宾服务包括但不限于：
- 接受并处理温泉水疗、餐厅、文化场所及交通服务的预订申请
- 代表您与当地服务提供商进行沟通
- 通过授权支付服务商收取定金、预付款及服务费
- 发送预订确认详情
- 提供与您预订相关的客户支持
- 在可能的情况下协助改期、取消或安排替代方案
ReserveInJP 作为预订中介及协调平台，不直接运营温泉水疗、餐厅、交通服务、文化场所或其他设施。可用服务范围可能随时变更，恕不另行通知。
4. Third-Party Service Providers
The underlying services you book through ReserveInJP — such as spa treatments, dining experiences, cultural activities, guided tours, and private transfers — are provided by independent third-party operators ("Local Partners"), including individual businesses, venues, restaurants, drivers, and service providers based in Japan.
ReserveInJP does not control, operate, or supervise Local Partners. We are not responsible for:
- The quality, safety, accuracy, or legality of services provided by Local Partners
- Any acts or omissions by Local Partners during service delivery
- Changes to a Local Partner's schedule, availability, or policies
- Any loss, injury, or damages incurred while using a Local Partner's services
By using ReserveInJP, you acknowledge that your satisfaction with the underlying service depends on the Local Partner, and that our role is limited to coordination and communication. Each Local Partner may operate under their own terms and conduct policies, which you agree to comply with as a condition of your booking.
4. 第三者サービス提供者
ReserveInJPを通じてご予約いただくサービス（スパ施術・お食事・文化体験・ガイドツアー・プライベート送迎など）は、独立した第三者事業者（以下「現地パートナー」）によって提供されます。現地パートナーには、日本国内の各種施設・レストラン・ドライバー・ガイドその他のサービス提供事業者が含まれます。
ReserveInJPは現地パートナーの経営・運営・監督は行いません。弊社は以下について責任を負いません：
- 現地パートナーによるサービスの品質・安全性・正確性・合法性
- サービス提供中の現地パートナーの行為または不作為
- 現地パートナーのスケジュール変更・提供可否の変更・ポリシー変更
- 現地パートナーのサービス利用中に生じた損失・損害・負傷
本サービスをご利用いただくことで、お客様は現地パートナーが提供するサービスの質が現地パートナー自身に依存することを了承されたものとします。また、現地パートナーの利用規約・安全ガイドライン・行動規範に従うことに同意されたものとします。
4. 第三方服务提供商
您通过 ReserveInJP 预订的服务（包括水疗护理、餐饮体验、文化活动、导游及专车接送等）均由独立的第三方运营商（以下简称"当地合作伙伴"）提供，包括日本境内的各类场所、餐厅、司机及服务提供商。
ReserveInJP 不控制、运营或监管当地合作伙伴。我们对以下事项不承担责任：
- 当地合作伙伴提供服务的质量、安全性、准确性或合法性
- 当地合作伙伴在服务提供过程中的作为或不作为
- 当地合作伙伴的日程、供应情况或政策变更
- 使用当地合作伙伴服务期间发生的任何损失、伤害或损害
使用 ReserveInJP 即表示您承认，您对基础服务的满意度取决于当地合作伙伴，而我方的职责仅限于协调与沟通。每位当地合作伙伴可能有其自己的条款和行为规范，作为预订条件，您同意遵守相关规定。
5. Booking Requests and Confirmation
Submitting a booking request through ReserveInJP does not guarantee that a reservation will be made. All booking requests are subject to availability confirmation by our team and the relevant Local Partner.
The details in the confirmation message — including the date, time, location, and any service-specific conditions — govern the terms of your booking. If any details differ from your original request, please notify us immediately.
If we are unable to confirm a requested booking, we will contact you and arrange a refund of any payment made, where applicable.
5. 予約申込みと確定
ReserveInJPへの予約申込み（ウェブサイト・WhatsApp・メールを問わず）は、予約が確定したことを意味するものではありません。すべての予約申込みは、弊社スタッフおよび現地パートナーによる空き状況の確認を経て確定します。
確定通知に記載された内容（日時・場所・サービス固有の条件等）が予約の条件を定めるものとします。確定通知の内容が当初のご要望と異なる場合は、速やかにご連絡ください。
ご要望の予約を確定できない場合、弊社よりご連絡のうえ、お支払いいただいた金額を適宜返金いたします。
5. 预订申请与确认
通过 ReserveInJP 提交预订申请（无论通过网站、WhatsApp 还是电子邮件）并不保证预订成功。所有预订申请均须经过我方团队和相关当地合作伙伴确认供应情况后方可确认。
确认信息中的详情（包括日期、时间、地点及任何特定服务条件）构成您预订的条款。如确认信息中的任何细节与您的原始申请不符，请立即通知我们。
如果我们无法确认所申请的预订，我们将联系您并在适用情况下安排退款。
6. Payments, Deposits and Fees
All payments processed through ReserveInJP are handled via Stripe or other authorized payment service providers. We currently use Stripe as our primary payment processor, and may update our payment providers from time to time. By submitting payment, you authorize ReserveInJP to charge the amount specified at the time of the transaction. Our Stripe account may be registered under the FunPizza name, reflecting a historical trading name for the same business.
Payment Types
Depending on the service, you may be required to pay one of the following:
- Deposit: A partial or full amount to secure your reservation, with the remainder due at the time of service
- Prepayment: Full or partial advance payment for certain services
- Service coordination fee: A fee for concierge and booking assistance
- Full payment in advance: Required for some services at the time of confirmation
The applicable payment type and amount will be communicated on the relevant service page or in a personalized booking summary before payment is requested.
Pricing and Taxes
Prices are listed in the currency specified at payment. Prices may include applicable Japanese consumption tax. We reserve the right to update prices at any time; the price applicable to your booking is that confirmed in your booking summary prior to payment.
Currency and Conversion
Currency conversion rates and any foreign transaction fees applied by your bank or card issuer are outside our control and not included in our quoted prices.
6. 料金・デポジット・手数料
ReserveInJPでのすべての決済は、Stripeを含む認定決済サービス事業者を通じて処理されます。現在の主な決済事業者はStripeですが、将来的に変更される場合があります。お支払いをいただくことで、お客様は当該取引に指定された金額の請求を承認されたものとみなします。弊社のStripeアカウントはFunPizzaの名称で登録されている場合があります（同一事業体の旧ブランド名です）。
支払いの種類
サービスの内容により、以下のいずれかの支払いが必要となる場合があります：
- デポジット（予約保証金）：予約を確保するための一部または全額の支払い（残額はサービス当日に精算）
- 前払い：特定サービス向けの全額または一部の事前支払い
- サービス調整手数料：コンシェルジュ・予約代行に対する手数料
- 全額前払い：一部サービスでは確定時に全額のお支払いが必要
適用される支払い種別と金額は、サービスページまたは弊社スタッフが作成する予約概要書にてお支払い前にご確認いただけます。
料金と税金
すべての料金はお支払い時に指定された通貨で表示されます。日本の消費税が含まれる場合があります。弊社は価格をいつでも変更する権利を留保しますが、お支払い前に確定した金額が適用されます。
通貨換算
通貨換算レートおよびカード発行会社が適用する海外取引手数料は弊社の管理外であり、表示価格には含まれません。
6. 付款、定金与费用
通过 ReserveInJP 进行的所有付款均通过 Stripe 等授权支付服务商处理。我们目前以 Stripe 为主要支付处理商，并可能不时更新支付服务商。提交付款即表示您授权 ReserveInJP 收取交易时指定的金额。我方的 Stripe 账户可能以 FunPizza 名称注册（即同一商业实体的历史商号）。
付款类型
根据服务内容，您可能需要支付以下任一类型的款项：
- 定金：用于保留预订的部分或全额付款（余额在服务当日结清）
- 预付款：特定服务的全额或部分预先付款
- 服务协调费：礼宾及预订协助服务费
- 全额预付：部分服务在确认时需全额支付
适用的付款类型及金额将在相关服务页面或我方工作人员在付款前提供的个性化预订摘要中说明。
价格与税费
价格以付款时指定的货币显示，可能已含日本消费税。我们保留随时更新价格的权利；适用于您预订的价格以付款前确认的预订摘要中的金额为准。
货币换算
货币换算汇率及您的银行或发卡机构收取的境外交易手续费不在我们的控制范围之内，亦不包含在我们报价中。
7. Cancellations, Changes and No-Shows
Cancellation and change policies vary depending on the specific service, the Local Partner's terms, and the timing of the cancellation. The applicable policy will be communicated in your booking confirmation.
General Principles
- Before confirmation: Cancellations before a confirmation has been sent are generally eligible for a full refund.
- After confirmation: Subject to the cancellation policy stated in your confirmation email.
- Late cancellations: Cancellations within the Local Partner's cut-off period may result in partial or full forfeiture of any deposit or prepayment.
- No-show: Failure to appear without prior notice will generally result in the loss of any deposit or fee paid, with no refund.
- Significant lateness: Arriving substantially late may result in a shortened service or no-show treatment, per the Local Partner's policy.
- Customer error: Reservations missed due to incorrect information provided by the customer are the customer's responsibility and may not be eligible for a refund.
To cancel or modify a booking, please contact us as early as possible using the contact information in your confirmation.
7. キャンセル・変更・ノーショー
キャンセル・変更に関するポリシーは、サービスの種類・現地パートナーの規定・キャンセルのタイミングにより異なります。適用ポリシーは予約確定通知にてご案内します。
基本原則
- 確定前のキャンセル：確定通知送付前のキャンセルは原則として全額返金の対象となります。
- 確定後のキャンセル：確定通知に記載されたキャンセルポリシーに準じます。
- 期限超過のキャンセル：現地パートナーのキャンセル期限を過ぎた場合、デポジット・前払い金の一部または全額が返金されない場合があります。
- ノーショー（無断不在）：事前連絡なしの不参加は、原則としてデポジット・手数料の没収となり、返金は行われません。
- 大幅な遅刻：確定した予約に大幅に遅れた場合、現地パートナーのポリシーによりサービスが短縮またはノーショーとして扱われる場合があります。
- お客様の入力ミス：お客様が提供した誤情報（日付・人数・連絡先等）に起因する予約の失敗はお客様の責任となり、返金対象外となる場合があります。
キャンセルや変更をご希望の場合は、確定通知に記載の連絡先まで早急にご連絡ください。
7. 取消、变更与未出现
取消及变更政策因具体服务、当地合作伙伴条款及取消时间而异。适用政策将在您的预订确认信息中说明。
一般原则
- 确认前取消：在确认信息发出前取消，通常可获全额退款。
- 确认后取消：依照确认邮件中说明的取消政策处理。
- 逾期取消：在当地合作伙伴截止日期后取消，定金或预付款可能部分或全部不予退还。
- 未出现：未提前通知而缺席，通常将导致已支付的定金或费用被没收，不予退款。
- 严重迟到：大幅迟于确认时间到达，可能依当地合作伙伴政策导致服务缩减或按未出现处理。
- 客户信息错误：因客户提供的错误信息（如日期、人数、联系方式等）导致的预订失败由客户自行承担，可能无法退款。
如需取消或变更预订，请尽早通过确认信息中的联系方式与我们联系。
8. Refunds
Refund eligibility is determined by the timing of the cancellation, the type of payment made, the specific cancellation policy of the Local Partner, and whether the booking has been confirmed.
If a service cannot be provided due to circumstances on the part of ReserveInJP or a Local Partner — including closure, provider cancellation, or force majeure — we will make reasonable efforts to offer a full refund, a rescheduled booking, or an alternative arrangement of comparable value.
All refunds are returned to the original payment method via the payment processor used at the time of purchase. Please allow 5–10 business days for a refund to appear on your statement. See our Refund Policy for full details.
8. 返金
返金の可否は、キャンセルのタイミング・支払いの種類・現地パートナーのキャンセルポリシー・予約の確定状況等により決定されます。
ReserveInJPまたは現地パートナーの都合によりサービスを提供できない場合（閉店・提供者都合のキャンセル・不可抗力など）、弊社は合理的な範囲で全額返金・日程変更・同等の代替サービス提供に努めます。
すべての返金は、お支払い時に使用した決済サービス事業者を通じて元の支払い方法に処理されます。ご利用明細への反映には通常5〜10営業日かかります。詳細は返金ポリシーをご確認ください。
8. 退款
退款资格由取消时间、付款类型、当地合作伙伴的具体取消政策及预订是否已确认等因素共同决定。
如因 ReserveInJP 或当地合作伙伴一方原因（包括停业、提供方取消或不可抗力）导致服务无法提供，我们将尽合理努力提供全额退款、改期预订或同等价值的替代安排。
所有退款均通过原付款时使用的支付服务商退回至原付款方式。退款显示于账单通常需 5–10 个工作日。详情请查阅我们的退款政策。
9. Customer Responsibilities
By using ReserveInJP, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information: Supply truthful, accurate, and complete booking details including name, contact information, travel dates, and special requirements.
- Arrive on time: Arrive at the confirmed time for your reservation. ReserveInJP is not responsible for consequences of your lateness.
- Comply with Local Partner rules: Follow the conduct, safety, and service policies of Local Partners during your experience.
- Notify us promptly: Inform us as early as possible of any changes, cancellations, or issues affecting your booking.
- Use the service lawfully: Use ReserveInJP only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
9. お客様の責任
本サービスのご利用にあたり、お客様は以下の事項に同意するものとします：
- 正確な情報の提供：氏名・連絡先・旅行日程・特別要件等について、真実かつ正確な情報をご提供ください。
- 時間厳守：確定した予約の開始時間に遅れずにお越しください。遅刻による影響についての責任は弊社では負いかねます。
- 現地パートナーのルール遵守：体験中は現地パートナーの行動規定・安全規則・サービスポリシーに従ってください。
- 迅速な連絡：予定の変更・キャンセル・問題が生じた場合は、速やかにご連絡ください。
- 適法な利用：本サービスは本規約の範囲内で適法な目的にのみご利用ください。
9. 客户责任
使用 ReserveInJP，即表示您同意：
- 提供准确信息：提供真实、准确、完整的预订信息，包括姓名、联系方式、出行日期及特殊要求。
- 准时到达：按确认时间准时抵达预订地点。ReserveInJP 对因您迟到造成的后果不承担责任。
- 遵守当地合作伙伴规定：在体验过程中遵循当地合作伙伴的行为、安全及服务政策。
- 及时通知：如有任何变更、取消或影响预订的问题，请尽早通知我们。
- 合法使用服务：仅将 ReserveInJP 用于合法目的，并遵守本条款。
10. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use ReserveInJP for any of the following:
- Fraudulent, false, or speculative booking requests with no genuine intent to attend
- Providing false identity, contact information, or payment details
- Making multiple simultaneous reservations for the same time slot without reasonable cause
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing our staff or Local Partners
- Violating any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
- Misusing the refund, dispute, or chargeback process against legitimate charges
- Reselling, transferring, or commercially exploiting reservations without our written consent
- Attempting to scrape, reverse-engineer, or interfere with our website or services
We reserve the right to cancel bookings, refuse service, and suspend access for users who violate these prohibitions.
10. 禁止事項
以下の目的でのReserveInJPの利用を禁止します：
- 実際に利用する意図のない虚偽・投機的な予約申込み
- 虚偽の身元・連絡先・支払い情報の提供
- 合理的な理由のない同一時間帯への複数同時予約
- スタッフまたは現地パートナーへの嫌がらせ・脅迫・暴言
- 国内外の適用法令・規制への違反
- 正当な請求に対する返金・異議申立・チャージバックの濫用
- 弊社の書面による同意なしの予約の転売・譲渡・商業利用
- ウェブサイトやサービスへの不正アクセス・スクレイピング・妨害行為
上記禁止事項に違反した場合、弊社は予約のキャンセル・サービス提供の拒否・アクセスの停止を行う権利を有します。
10. 禁止行为
您同意不将 ReserveInJP 用于以下任何目的：
- 无真实到场意图的欺诈性或投机性预订申请
- 提供虚假的身份、联系方式或付款信息
- 无合理理由对同一时段进行多重并发预订
- 骚扰、威胁或辱骂我方工作人员或当地合作伙伴
- 违反任何适用的本地、国家或国际法律法规
- 针对合法费用滥用退款、异议或拒付流程
- 未经我方书面同意转售、转让或商业利用预订
- 试图抓取、逆向工程或干扰我方网站或服务
我们保留对违反上述禁止行为的用户取消预订、拒绝服务及暂停访问权限的权利。
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ReserveInJP shall not be liable for:
- Acts, omissions, negligence, or misconduct by Local Partners during service delivery
- Closures, schedule changes, or cancellations initiated by Local Partners
- Personal injury, loss, or property damage sustained during a booked service
- Transportation delays or disruptions beyond our reasonable control
- Force majeure events, including natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or power outages
- Losses arising from incorrect or untimely information provided by the customer
- Indirect, consequential, or incidental losses of any kind
Our total liability to you in connection with any single booking shall not exceed the total amount you paid for that specific booking. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.
11. 責任の制限
適用法令の許容する最大限の範囲において、ReserveInJPは以下について責任を負いません：
- サービス提供中の現地パートナーの行為・不作為・過失・不正行為
- 現地パートナーによる閉店・スケジュール変更・サービス提供のキャンセル
- ご予約サービスへの参加中に生じた人身傷害・損失・財物損害
- 弊社の合理的な管理外にある交通遅延・キャンセル・支障
- 天災・パンデミック・政府規制・停電・その他不可抗力
- お客様が提供した誤情報・不完全な情報・期限切れ情報に起因する損失
- 逸失利益・機会損失・精神的苦痛・間接損害・派生的損害
弊社の賠償責任の上限は、当該予約に対してお客様が支払った合計金額を超えません。適用される消費者保護法により免除できない責任については、この限りではありません。
11. 责任限制
在适用法律允许的最大范围内，ReserveInJP 对以下事项不承担责任：
- 当地合作伙伴在服务提供过程中的作为、不作为、疏忽或不当行为
- 当地合作伙伴发起的停业、日程变更或取消
- 参与预订服务期间发生的人身伤害、损失或财产损害
- 超出我方合理控制范围的交通延误或中断
- 自然灾害、疫情、政府限制措施或停电等不可抗力事件
- 因客户提供的错误或不完整信息造成的损失
- 任何间接、附带或衍生性损失
我方就任何单次预订承担的总责任不超过您为该次预订支付的总金额。本条款不限制适用消费者保护法律下无法排除的责任。
12. Changes to Services or Terms
ReserveInJP reserves the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services or these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users by updating this page with a new effective date.
Your continued use of ReserveInJP services after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should stop using our services.
12. サービス・規約の変更
ReserveInJPは、いつでも本規約またはサービスの一部もしくは全部を変更・更新・停止・終了する権利を留保します。重要な変更が生じた場合は、本ページの発効日の更新等を通じて合理的な努力をもって通知します。
変更後も本サービスを継続してご利用いただくことで、更新後の規約に同意したものとみなします。更新後の規約に同意されない場合は、サービスのご利用をお控えください。
12. 服务或条款的变更
ReserveInJP 保留随时修改、更新、暂停或终止我们服务或本条款任何部分的权利。如发生重大变更，我们将通过更新本页面的生效日期等合理方式通知用户。
在任何变更生效后继续使用 ReserveInJP 服务，即表示您接受更新后的条款。如您不同意更新后的条款，应停止使用我们的服务。
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your country or region of residence.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall, where possible, be resolved through good-faith discussion. Where informal resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Japan, except where mandatory local law provides otherwise.
13. 準拠法
本規約は、お客様の居住国・地域の強行消費者保護法により別途定めがある場合を除き、日本国の法律に準拠するものとします。
